Really having a PSL is standard business for new NFL stadiums. When the Eagles put out the SBLs (Stadium Builders License) in 2003, it seemed like a terrible idea. Regular seats costs 1,000 per seat for the license, and club seats were much more expensive. I wish I had jumped on that opportunity then, and bought as many seats as possible. The value of those PSLs has gone up every season, and right now they are worth a ton of money. I have seen 2 seats sell from 6,000 - 48,000 for an SBL. It is insane how much money these go for. A team in NY will always have a huge demand for those seats too. I would make an investment in these seats if I were you. You could sell some of the games on razorgator to make back the money right away.
