That’s what it will take for the Giants to officially be your 2008 NFC East Champions.

At 11-1, the worst possible record the Giants can finish with is 11-5 and the best, 15-1.

Under Eli Manning as the starter, the Giants have never missed the playoffs. And with a postseason berth this season, it marks the fourth straight season that the Giants have made it to the playoffs. This is now the longest streak for the franchise since the playoff format began back in 1967.

Here are the longest current active streaks for playoff teams in the NFL:

1. Indianapolis – 6
2. New England – 5
2. Seattle – 5
4. New York Giants – 3
5. Dallas Cowboys – 2
6. San Diego Chargers -2

After Week 17, it will look like this:

1. Indianapolis – 7
2. New York Giants – 4
3. Pittsburgh Steelers – 2
4. Tampa Bay Buccaneers – 2
5. Tennessee Titans – 2
