Candidate #4: Danny Ware (RB)

The Player that I am probably most excited to see get some playing time this upcoming season is running back Danny Ware. The departure of Derrick Ward (Wind) leaves a hole that looks to be filled with a combination of Fire (Bradshaw) and the self proclaimed Water (Ware). Ware brings a nice combination of strength, speed, and pass catching ability to the table. The preseason sensation is itching to get more than the whopping two carries that he had in ’08 (2 carries / 15 yards). Look for DW to get a lot more looks in 2009, and become a factor for our offense.

2009 Projections:

  • Rushing Yards – 450
  • Touchdowns – 2
  • Receiving Yards – 40

hey, joescro, nice writing. you seem very well schooled in your football knowledge. look forward to coming on here and bantering some good football with you this season. i know that we are rivals, but i always am open to real football, not this insulting stuff going on with some of these guys on the blogs. i have come on here before, and got insulted continually, so i shot back some. this is not my thing. i really repsect dedicated fans and nfc east opponents. THE TOUGHEST DIVISION IN FOOTBALL........look forward to coming here again
