I'm from SW Fl and have watched Campell grow and develop. The Giants are fortunate to have such a solid athlete especially against the run. He was the undefeated State Champion Heavy weight wrestler not just because he is strong but he has fantastic footspeed and balance. He was the areas top scholar athlete (Winged Foot Athlete of the year) and graduated Univ in 3 1/2 yrs. Blue collar work ethic, fast learner and loyal. Everything that all of the Great NY Giant players have been.

The Kiwi linebacker experiment has been forever put to rest, ditto for Osi who will remain at defensive end, as he hopefully enters the 2010 season with a bit of a chip on his shoulder and tries to get back to pro bowl, double digit sack form.
It looks like the Giants are going to go with the guys they have (Goff, Dillard, Wilkinson, and Blackburn), I just don't see any names on the market that appear better. Curious to see if the Giants will have any interest in KC linebacker Derrick Johnson, who is a former 1st round pick, but a poor fit in the 3-4 defense. Wouldn't mind seeing if he could occupy the middle or at least provide a little competition on the strong side with Clint Sintim (who we think will be a beast in year 2).
As far as Adalius Thomas, no interest from what I hear, but you never know. Thomas is a guy who can do a lot of things and should come cheap, wouldn't mind adding him to the mix as the G-men have the ability to give a nice 3-4 look (especially with the addition of Linval Joseph).
Still no word on John Henderson, while on the downside of his career, he is still a great run stuffer and would show strong in a defensive tackle rotation, so we'll see. Stay Blue!

"How about that mlb position? whats the deal there.. could they move kiwi or osi there? .. tall and speed…."

This is not Madden, Where you can just move people around,
Just because they big and fast. In that case lets just bring in some American samoans track and feild star and good basketball plays. It's much more than phsyical and more than speed. The team Has alot of guys who are ready for the challenge, we just need to give them a chane let not get like the the Other NYC foot ball team.

Wondering why the Jints are not even considering Adalius Thomas! Agreed, he is on the wrong side of 30 but stll plays like a beast and comes from the Raven/Pats school of defense. You can bet the guy knows X's n O's and can be a huge motivator and mentor for the relatively green LB core of the Big Blue.

Is it about the salary cap against his expectations? Cant they make room for him?
