"The NFL named Michael Vick the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for the second straight time on Tuesday. The honor comes after Vick’s six-TD performance (four passes, two rushes) in the Philadelphia Eagles’ 59-28 win at Washington. Also, the Pro Football Hall of Fame requested that Vick surrender his game jersey from Monday’s game. The Hall of Fame will display the jersey in honor of Vick’s historic achievement.Vick became the first player in NFL history to throw for 300 yards, rush for 50 yards, throw four TD passes and rush for two TDs in one game. The weekly award is the third significant honor for Vick this season, after he was named NFC Offensive Player of the Month in September."
