Eli, and the team should be given some slack on a slow start, maybe not as much slack as in the Metrodome roof, but with all the travel and itinerary changes they adjusted pretty well. Manning needs to stop forcing passes, see int #’s, which also lends itself to the “no-sack” streak going into the game, Eli has always been adept at feeling pressure, and consequentially have been forcing passes to covered WRs, resulting in ints, when he really should just be taking the sack or possibly throwing the ball away. if the forced passes were resulting on late hits or roughing the QB calls it would be one thing, but its lead to a miss leading no sack stat.
