Torn Meniscus For Steve Smith?

Multiple reports have emerged this morning that suggest WR Steve Smith might now be done for the season with a torn meniscus.

Let’s hope this is not the case.  But considering the historical accurace of the reports stemming from the Giants organization and their relationship with the media, very few of these reports turn out to be erroneous.  Tom Coughlin did not update anyone last night to the nature of Mario Manningham or Steve Smith’s injuries… but the Giants are expected to give an official update later this morning.
