The Giants’ primary needs do not necessarily include a corner as a first rounder but should Jimmy Smith from Colorado be available in the second round the Giants may feel compelled to take him. His speed (4.45) and size, 6’2”/200lbs. would make him a valued asset for the secondary as receivers are getting bigger, particularly in the NFC.East.
