According to NFP, DeSean Jackson is going to hold out for a bigger contract in 2011:

"While Eagles fans certainly won’t be thrilled to learn that one of the team’s top players is currently engaged in a contract beef with the front office, keep in mind that Jackson is scheduled to make only $560,000 in base salary this season."
I hate to say it, but Jackson really does deserve to have his contract restructured to reward his good play for the Eagles. Could be good for the Giants if in return, the Eagles have to cut some players to make room for Jackson’s loftier salary.
