Stacy Andrews Has Good First Practice With Giants

Andrew already posted the signing of Shawn Andrews’ brother to the Giants earlier today and now we have some opinions, thanks to ESPN, on Stacy’s first day of practice Wednesday night as a Giant from head coach Tom Coughlin, who in addition to saying Andrews looks “good” and “came in light”, also said:

“He looks to be in outstanding shape, he’s got good feet, and we plan to play him at tackle. … I imagine he’s more comfortable (on the) right, but he’ll be put on both sides.”

Having a body on the offensive line that can play multiple positions is a bonus and hopefully Stacy can help fill the void left by Shawn, who was very serviceable last year in his role as super-sub on the O-Line.
