"Carolina Panthers linebacker Sean Ware fell into Tynes’ left plant leg while blocking a field goal in the fourth quarter at Bank of America Stadium. Tynes was furious there was no penalty on the play.…“I don’t understand where the hell the rule is, because I was the epitome of a defenseless player. I guess we’ll find out soon enough. I’m sure I’m talking out of school, but whatever.”"
