Eagles Move Around Linebackers Ahead Of Giants Matchup

The Philadelphia Eagles are making some adjustments to the middle of their defense ahead of Sunday’s game against the NY Giants and their run game:

via PFT:

"The Eagles, gashed on the ground through two weeks of the season, will be trying to improve their fortunes by rearranging their linebackers. Per Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer, rookie Casey Matthews has been moved from middle linebacker to the weak side. Weak side linebacker Moise Fokou has been moved from the weak side to the strong side. And strong side linebacker Jamar Chaney has moved to the middle"

Whatever you think will stop Ahmad Bradshaw and Brandon Jacobs — I have a feeling it’s going to take more than that to get it done though. If the offensive line for the Giants can make some strides this week in practice and get to the second level of the defense like we all know they can, it could get ugly Sunday afternoon.
