Sage Rosenfels Signs With Miami Dolphins

It’s official, Miami QB Chad Henne will miss the rest of the season with a seperated shoulder. That means QB Sage Rosenfels, as predicted first here on GMENHQ, will join the Dolphins as that backup veteran QB presence they so desperately need.

"Rosenfels signed Thursday with the Miami Dolphins after passing a team physical, FOXSports.com has learned. The deal is for one year, though additional details weren’t immediately available. The Dolphins were seeking a new backup quarterback after Chad Henne suffered a left shoulder injury in last Sunday’s 26-16 loss at San Diego. He’s expected to have surgery next week and miss the rest of the season. Enter Rosenfels, who was released from injured reserve Tuesday by the New York Giants."
Former Carolina Panther QB (and Meadowlands killer of 2009) Matt Moore is expected to start Sunday against the Jets next Monday night.
