C David Baas, DE Osi Umenyiora, LB Mark Herzlich, and LB Spencer Paysinger are all OUT of the Giants’ game in Dallas Sunday night. Kenny Phillips is also reportedly out…..but Mario Manningham is scheduled to make his return.
