Gillette and football star Dhani Jones are unveiling Gillette Odor Shield’s “My City is My Gym” pop-up fitness site in Times Square on Thursday, October 18, inviting New York men to use their urban surroundings to achieve a great outdoor workout and put Gillette Odor Shield to the test.
Studies show that outdoor physical activity has a 50 percent greater positive effect on mental health than working out in a gym. But for men, studies also show that sweat and body odor is a number one concern. How do you achieve one without the other?
The Gillette Odor Shield outdoor fitness site will be open to the public for three days, with certified trainer EJ Barthel on hand to demonstrate how to work up a sweat -without making a stink- using nothing but urban structures such as park benches, newspaper vending machines, bus shelters, and even scaffolding.
