WR Brandon Collins suspended for violating substance policy

Brandon Collins has been suspended without pay for violating the NFL Policy and Program for Substances of Abuse. The suspension will be for the first four games of the 2013 regular season. He may return to the active roster on September 30. The announcement was made by the NFL this past Monday, June 24.
Collins joined the Giants in 2012 as an undrafted rookie out of Southeastern Louisiana. He played on the practice squad in the 2012 regular season.
