Josh McCown, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

McCown was awesome with the Bears in 2013, winning more games than he lost and tossing an incredible 13 touchdowns to just one interception. He’s reunited with former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith in Tampa Bay, and has already been named the Bucs’ official starting quarterback for 2014. It’s crazy to think he’ll keep up the torrid pace and take care of the ball quite as well as he did last year, but Tampa Bay is actually a terrific setting for him to continue playing at a fairly high level.

While McCown did benefit immensely from Marc Tresman’s tutelage last year, Tampa Bay also has great offensive minds in place, and like the Bears, also have some excellent talent at McCown’s disposal. With Vincent Jackson, Mike Williams, Doug Martin and newly acquired tight end Brandon Myers around him, McCown will be one of the top sleeper quarterbacks for 2014.
