Well, after a three game winning streak, nothing will pull you back to reality faster than the number 27.

Not number 27 for Rodney Hampton, Ron Dayne or Brandon Jacobs, but for Eli Manning and his accumulative interceptions during the 2013 season. Dreadful comes to mind, awful is there too. What does 27 have to do with this game?

That was the final score. Here is a recap: 27-0. Birds win.

How does that reflect New York Football Giants tradition? Don’t answer that Eagles fans, continue to bask in your regular season success, this no longer has anything to do with you.

Well maybe for the rest of tonight after that absolute blanking, what a terrible effort from the Giants. Just a horrible effort that even saw Giants superstar Victor Cruz suffer a salsa dancing setback:

The NFL put up a picture of him on the cart, but the whole world witnessed it already, it was wretched. Get will soon Victor Cruz.

This was one of those games that just stuns the senses. The Giants trash talked and played with the Eagles all week, and the Birds shat all over them in front of the NFL universe while Cris Collinsworth was dumbfounded.

It was brutal, the Giants had 12 first downs. 12. Sure, they only had one turnover, but when you can’t move the ball, you will lose. The Giants got outplayed in this one.

Along with Philly, Dallas is now 5-1 and the Giants had better be ready, because if they only produce 12 miserable first downs against the Cowboys, they’ll be 3-4 in a New York Minute. It sucks that some Giants experienced injuries, but this is the NFL. The Giants will probably soon find out if Corey Washington is NFL ready, because Tom Coughlin is all about next man up. For this one, all you can say is 27…
