As the football season races towards kickoff, fans who are heading into Dick’s Sporting Goods have made it clear that the Giants are leading the Cowboys for the true title of “America’s Team,” at least based on the jerseys they’re purchasing.

 

According to the newly created Dick’s Sporting Goods Jersey Report, Eli Manning and Victor Cruz’s jerseys are the 3^rd and 4^th most popular in the pre-season player rankings.  No Cowboys are in the top 10.  The Giants defensive front is equally as formidable, with Jason Pierre-Paul and Justin Tuck running 2^nd and 5^th, respectively, in the Defensive Players rankings.  The lone bright spot for the Cowboys is Morris Claiborne, who claims the 7^thslot in the Rookie rankings.  No Giants are represented on that list.
