]]> Ralph Vacchiano is reporting that Merrimack QB James Suozzo will get a try-out with the New York Giants. Suozzo is listed as 6’3 210 and was not projected to be picked in any of the 30 most common mock drafts. Look for Suozzo to make his Big Blue appearance at Rookie Camp.

He is a long shot but so was Victor Cruz. Best of luck kid!

]]> Numerous reports have indicated that the New York Giants have signed Free Agent Rookie WR Julian Talley. Talley, a Red Shirt Senior at UMASS is 6’1” 192 and made the 2010 CAA all-second team. Julian had a 40 time of 4.57 and could do 14 reps at 225lbs, during his pro day at Boston College.

NFLdraftscout.com had him listed as a seventh round draft pick and his stock was moving up. In a search of 30 mock drafts, he was most often drafted in 7th round (17 times), five times in the sixth round, and seven times he went un-drafted.
