1. Ben McAdoo Will Be The Next Head Coach

Tom Coughlin will never leave the Giants on a down year. He has way too much pride for that to happen. If the Giants make the playoffs one more time or dare I say, win the Super Bowl, Coughlin will most likely retire.

Coughlin’s extension is merely out of respect for him. He has done too much for the Giants for them to let him be a lame duck going into the 2015 season. Part of the reason why the Giants’ gave Coughlin an extension is to give him another year of grooming his future successor.

The torch will be passed over to McAdoo. He will have coached the Giants offense to being one the leagues’ best. The Giants are an organization that would hire an in-house candidate rather than someone from the outside. Believe it or not this was always the plan ever since his hiring as the offensive coordinator.

At the end of the season, Coughlin will officially retire and McAdoo will be introduced as the new head coach. McAdoo will coach the team to success for years to come.
