Tight End: Larry Donnell

As much as I give Larry Donnell some slack, he really doesn’t deserve it. Donnell has a stellar 2014 that was overridden by some very bad fumbles. A couple of mistakes shouldn’t highlight his whole season.

Donnell does have to work on holding the ball after the catch. He could really be a big producer on the Giants offense now that defenses are going to be focusing on Beckham and Cruz. Ben McAdoo will look for him to be a primary red zone target as well.

Donnell is not in danger of losing his job. Just because the Giants signed a undrafted free agent tight end Matt LaCosse doesn’t mean that Donnell won’t start.

Daniel Fells and Adrian Robinson won’t provide enough competition to beat out Donnell or even challenge him. I can’t see LaCosse making much noise either, but stranger things have happened.
