Sterling Moore – CB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Age: 26

WalterFootball.com ranked Moore as the 95th top free agent overall and the 13th best free agent corner, stating:

"“Not that it’s saying much, or really anything, but Sterling Moore was Tampa’s best cornerback in 2015. Just 26 in February, Moore has plenty of room for growth.”"

Moore played more than 720 snaps last season, accruing a grade of 66.8 according to Pro Football Focus. Prior to 2015, Moore was considered one of the top free agents at the corner position, however, after signing a one-year deal worth $1.525 million with the Bucs, he hasn’t been getting much buzz this offseason. Spotrac assigned a “true value rating” of 60.32, which was good for 50th among 113 cornerbacks taking at least 25% of snaps last season (Moore played more than 65% of his unit’s snaps).

In mid-February, reports indicated the Bucs wouldn’t be re-signing Moore. Sterling seems like an affordable option whose numbers don’t reflect his talents.
