#5. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers

Justin Herbert took the NFL world by storm last year.

Herbert lit up scoreboards and broke the NFL’s all-time rookie passing touchdown record with 31 touchdowns. He also shattered the rookie record for 300-yard games with 8 of them along with the most rookie completions ever in one season.

Herbert likely would’ve been a top target and likely selection for the NY Giants in the 2019 draft. The Giants ended up taking Jones at #6 overall as Herbert returned for one more year of college.

One of the better ‘what-ifs?’ for the NY Giants of the last few years, it will be interesting to see his career unfold compared to Daniel Jones. This game will be a big measuring stick for both QBs to prove themselves as the top young talents at quarterback in their respective conferences.
