They are not coached well

There were plenty of eyebrows raised with the hire of Joe Judge.  They were not going to give Matt Rhule what he wanted like Carolina did, that is okay.

Judge was a Belichick guy and that seemed to be good enough for Gettleman and John Mara. Judge has since been thrown into a New York fire and has been burned several times.  His conservative approach or his allowance of Garrett’s conservative approach has caused much concern.

Judge has been flat out outcoached in several games and his clock management is terrible. It’s easy to blame Garrett all day for his role, but he works for Judge at the end of the day. Nothing more can hurt the development of a young quarterback and if you think it has not hurt Jones, you are sadly mistaken.

Garrett and Freddie Kichens are former head coaches kept in role to mentor Judge, they have not.
