NY Giants’ No. 2 Most Winnable Game: Week 13 @ Miami

The NY Giants will leave the freezing December cold of the Meadowlands for a nice sunny day in Miami.

Who wouldn’t make that trade?

Luckily for the Giants, they have beaten Miami four times in a row since 2003. That figure includes a 2019 home win, one win in Miami back in 2015, and another game in London where Miami was the ‘home’ team in the NFL’s first game in Europe.

The Ny Giants last beat the Dolphins in 2019. They won 36-20, crossing the rarely-seen 30-point threshold from the last few years.

Miami has had a brutal start to their season. They won in Week 1 against New England before losing Tua Tagovailoa, their starting quarterback, to injury, Tua has missed multiple games with a variety of ailments while Jacoby Brissett has replaced him in his absence.

Miami is 3-7 right now. They were 1-7 before back-to-back wins against the Texans and a massive upset over the Ravens. The Dolphins do not have the talent or the coaching staff to go far this year. The Giants also own the Dolphins’ 3rd round draft pick as a result of their draft-day trade this year. It will be a higher pick if New York wins the game and the Giants will hopefully still be in the playoff hunt in two weeks.

A lot can happen between then and now, but the NY Giants should be able to win this game.
