In 2008, in New York City, 1,248 people were charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree — the same felony Burress faces. Of them, 184 were convicted of the charge, according to Janine Kava, a spokeswoman for the New York State Division of [...]

Cardinals General Manager Rod Graves said the team has not placed WR Anquan Boldin on the trading block, but is open to offers.

Candidate #2: Ahmad Bradshaw (RB)

The Case For Braylon Edwards
With the recent rumors of the Giants being in trade talks for WR Braylon Edwards, I thought I would give some insight into the situation…
Per OrangeAndBrown.com the Giants and Browns where in talks of working out a trade for Braylon Edwards before the Dante Stallworth incident.

The Browns counter offered with the 2nd and 5th and WR Steve Smith
The Giants said Smith would not be traded but Domenik Hixon or Mario Manningham could be had.
Talks have died down a bit for now, but as we get closer to Draft weekend I see things heating up again….Stay tuned!
Edwards to the Giants?
Over the coming weeks I will be posting my candidates for the New York Giants breakout stars of the 2009 season.
