The Giants are ranked #2 in first quarter points, while their second quarter points are good enough for #5 in the league. Looking even further — the Giants are still a top 10 team in third quarter points as well!!
So getting started early in the first half and taking the lead and then staying aggressive has accounted for every single win on the team’s 5 game winning streak. It was certainly critical on the road against the loudest stadium in the NFL this past weekend, and Tom Coughlin mentioned it would be a key ingredient to focus on for that game. He was right.
