Anthony Castanzo Scouting report

Taken from footballsfuture.com

Anthony Castanzo is an offesnive tackle from Boston College (and people will point out that the Giants drafted Chris Snee from BC and that Coughlin has a B.C. connection) that is mocked pretty consistently to the Giants in mock drafts.

Right now Castanzo is going to the Giants in CBS’s Chad Reuter’s mock draft (Rob Rang has them going OT Nate Solder).

Giantsgab.com has him mocked to the Giants

Mile High Report community mock draft has him mocked to the Giants

Walterfootball.com has Castanzo to the Giants

A writer for Mocking the draft has Castanzo to the Giants

Over at NFLmocks we’ve had writers mock Castanzo to the Giants.

You can just google “mock draft castanzo to the Giants” and you’ll get a host of people who think Castanzo could go to the Giants.

Anyway, one of NFlmocks writers: Eric. Wrote up a scouting report for Castanzo here

I could see the Giants taking Castanzo, but I think they are much more interested in Tyron Smith he’ll make it there. From what I’ve read the Lions are high on Castanzo.

Your guys thoughts on Anthony Castanzo?

Hi, I’m the author of the BC Fansided blog. Castonzo has been a solid player for us for the last four years and will be an asset to whatever team picks him up. He’s a smart, tough player who was the star of the offensive line in the most recent season. He also rarely makes a bad play. Thankfully I don’t think BC’s offensive deficiencies in the past two seasons will hurt his stock much. He’s talented, not THE most talented, but he will work hard wherever he goes.

I’m also a Giants fan, so for selfish reasons I’d like to see him in blue.
