Your Prescription to Relieve football Angst

The National Hockey League resolved their issues and has enjoyed a renewed popularity. They still lack a national television contract and are firmly entrenched (in the US) as 4th ranked in popularity. The real question is did either side really benefit from the shutdown? I am not sure but I know the fans were left muttering to themselves; feeling betrayed and disconsolate. And wondering, has loyalty no reward? Sound familiar?

The fact that people, or in this case National Football League owners (who cannot be even remotely compared to people), are as obtuse as they apparently are, makes us all wonder how in the hell did they amass such fortunes? But that thought is for another time. As your self-appointed doctor directed to mitigate your football angst I prescribe an 8:00 PM viewing of the 5th game of the Bruins v.
