Lockout to end this week, hopefully

Here we are, another week in July has gone by and no news better than the following from the Star-Ledger:

“The court-appointed mediator, U.S. Magistrate Judge Arthur Boylan, was expected to arrive in New York later today to oversee talks aimed at ending the NFL’s first work stoppage since 1987.”

And that’s about it. Handshake deal needs to be in place by tomorrow AM so Thursdays owners meeting in ATL has some semblance of meaning.
