But the big story today at training camp — Osi Umenyiora was doing some individual drills on the sideline today with his trainer. Via ESPN NY reporter Ohm Youngmisuk’s twitter feed:

"Osi working on the side here at practice. He isn’t practicing but doing some drills on side. He certainly exploded out of stance with ease."

He was even tossing out spin moves left and right — you really have to wonder how much pain he’s really in with a torn meniscus exploding into spin moves out of his stance.
