Rex Ryan On Plaxico Burress: “We’re smiling from ear to ear”

Now that Plaxico Burress has had one preseason game under his belt with the Jets – people are waking up to the fact that Burress is indeed a very special WR.

Rex Ryan and March Sanchez can’t say enough good things about Plax after his 3 catches for 66 yards and a TD:

I’m still a little bitter about this because I wanted to see Plax back in Blue, but the Giants made him a ‘responsible offer’ and he went with more guaranteed money. Now, the Jets offense is going to be that much better with Plaxico Burress lining up in the red zone — guaranteed.
