"Smith, signed away from the New York Giants, underwent microfracture surgery in December. Both were placed on the Eagles’ active roster."
Does this really surprise anyone? We all knew that Steve Smith would return sooner than later. It has been our luck this off season. I wish I could say good luck Steve, but I simply cannot.
