Rapid Game Reaction-Kiwanuka Hurt

NBC 4 reports that Marthias Kiwanuka left tonight’s game with a groin injury. Keep with gmenhq for updates on this developing story.

Early Update (8:03): Numerous early reports indicate that injury is not serious and it will only cost Kiwi tonight’s game. Stay tuned for more.

Late Update (9:57): While being interview by Bruce Beck (Channel 4) Kiwi (still in full pads) said this injury is not serious at all and it is minor. He said he will be back for opening game if not before. After hearing him speak, I’m not too worried about his injury. Lets see how it feels in the morning though.

Latest Update (1:15pm): Ohm Youngmisuk reports Kiwi injury is not serious. I believe the GIANTS will hold Kiwi out of the last preseason game to be cautious and then he will line up at Starting LB on 9/11/2011 in Washington.
