It’s a Pirate Kind of Night…

A new feature I will be working on here at GMENHQ is getting the insight of a twitter friend who is out of the GIANTS geographical fan area. This week, I went one-on-one with Lindsay from Eastern Carolina University in Greenville, NC. ECU is home of the ECU Pirates and former GIANTS punters, Matt Dodge.

I asked Lindsay for her number one key to the game:

1) Offensive line needs to step up or just show up for that matter

In terms of Eli Manning and what he needs to do:

Eli needs to become more of a leader instead of exuding negative energy. We (fans) get discouraged by the way he carries himself after a dropped catch/overthrown pass/interception. It looks and seems like he loses faith too easily so how can we as fans keep faith in him

A problem she noticed from last week:

They need to become a team that plays the whole game, not just the first half

Any final comments:

PERSONALLY I am siked for JPP and Osi and Tuck to play together this upcoming Monday. Which we obviously did not get to see during week 1

Interesting stuff here from Lindsay. She hits many key points to Monday’s game right on the head. I couldn’t agree more that I’m siked for JPP and the whole gang to be together. I do not think it will be Monday night, but who knows.
