Fantasy Debate: Manning or Schaub?

I’m debating between starting Eli Manning and Matt Schaub this week – Asking for some help from the GMENHQ audience.

The thought process for me is this – Eli’s first home game during prime time against Spagnuolo’s Rams to avoid going 0-2… I think he shows up. The Rams are banged up as much as the Giants are. The offense reportedly had a good week of practice. Nicks will play, Stokley may be featured, Cruz got the memo that nothing is in stone with his job in the slot – he’ll be fired up. Last week was a huge wakeup call for the Giants.

On the other hand, Matt Schaub has some good weapons in his offense and I was surprised he had a such a fairly reserved performance last week against an ailing Colts team. Foster may be returning this week, but either way they like the screen pass to their running backs down in Houston. Interesting to not though that Eli Manning actually scored more points in my league last week even though people have been so critical of his performance. The other thing is…. the Texans play Miami whose secondary is a big bowl of wrong right now. Will Schaub torch them for video game stats just like Brady did?
