Eagles Bench LB Matthews After Giants Win

LB Casey Matthews has been demoted by the Philadelphia Eagles after the NY Giants beat the Eagles last Sunday in large part due to his blow assignments.

"Jamar Chaney will start middle linebacker, and Moise Fokou will stay at strong side.The Eagles will also make a change at safety. Nate Allen will replace Kurt Coleman in the starting lineup. Coleman gave up a big play last week to the Giants, but Allen also struggled when he entered the lineup."
Can’t say I blame them, can only revel in the aftermath. The switched Matthews to OLB ahead of the Giants game, apparently that didn’t work.
