New York Giants Roster Moves

OL Brandon Mosley was placed on IR with an ankle injury.
DT Chris Canty and TE Travis Beckum were both placed on the PUP list and will miss at least the first 6 games as expected.
CB Antwaun Molden’s contract was terminated.
Waived were: TE Ryan Purvis, DT Carlton Powell, DB Chris Horton, WR Julian Talley, WR Brandon Collins, TE Christian Hopkins, DB Brandon Bing, DB Jojo Nicolas, RB Joe Martinek, OT Joel Reinders and OT Oren Wilson.
No shockers here on day one of cutdowns. The question I have going into next week will be if the Giants can afford to keep both CB Terrell Thomas and DT Shaun Rogers on the roster as they get healthy. Keeping two roster spots for two guys rehabbing at positions of need will be tough.
