Phillips Back; Who Should Start

Kenny Phillips has been practicing all week for the New York Giants and it appears that is he ready to rejoin the secondary for the New York Giants.  As you may be aware, Stevie Brown has been a ball hawk since replacing Phillips in the secondary, and he recently won NFL Defensive Player of the Week honors for his performance against the Dallas Cowboys (2INTs and a fumble recovery).
