Victor Cruz To Sign Tender

“I’m going to sign my tender today and will continue talks for a long-term deal before camp starts,” Cruz said Friday morning.
Cruz is under pressure to sign today because if he does not sign today then the Giants have the right to reduce the tender to $600,000.
Cruz has not participated in Giants offseason activities due to difficulties in the contract negotiations. Heowever, he did practice with Eli Manning and Hakeem Nicks separate from the Giants during the offseason.
