Andre Brown left the Giants Patriots game in the 2nd quarter with a left leg injury. There was some fear throughout the Giants world that it was bad due to the fact it was that same leg he had broken last year.

Well, that fear became true, Andre Brown has broke his left leg again.

If you are watching the rest of the game against the Pats. Lots of looks coming at Torain, Cox, and Scott now.

Cuts are coming by Monday so maybe the Giants pick up a player after their release. Players like Michael Turner, Willis McGahee, and Tim Hightower (previous interest) are also available.

Another crushing blow for the Giants. Let’s hope Da’Rel Scott continues to improve after this game, and Cox shows something later on.

If Brown is played on “Designated for Return Injured Reserve,” he can come back for week 8.

UPDATE:

Brown said after the game that it is only a tiny crack, and expects to be back by the end of the season, surgery is not necessary.
