The 2014 offseason will be chock-full of personnel decisions for Jerry Reese and the Giants talent evaluation team. 22 unrestricted free agents and six restricted type currently inhabit the roster. According to Over the Cap, the Giants should have approximately $17 million in cap room to fill various glaring holes. Cutting bait with IR offensive linemen Chris Snee (voidable year) and David Baas ($9.75 over next two seasons) would open more creative doors. Mathias Kiwanuka, with his restructured deal, could also be on his way out. Among the 28 potential FA’s — who stays, and who goes?
