  • Do you love blue?
  • Are you a fan of several New York area teams?
  • Why is Giants Nation for you?

Were you born into the team? Meaning your parents were fans of the New York Giants… Perhaps you were grandfathered in, meaning you fell in love the moment your Grandfather took you to see Lawrence Taylor stalk the gridiron in ’80s, making prey out of every QB in site.  Did you look at your Father or Grandfather as a child and seriously believe he could do a better job than Ray Handley?

Perhaps you are the Grandfather. It might be that you’ve been watching the New York Football Giants since long before I was alive… Maybe you watched the Giants back when football was in black and white and “The Greatest Game Ever Played” was talked about like it was yesterday. As if today was Monday, Dec 29, 1958 and you were still bitter over Raymond Berry’s winning performance, but perhaps enchanted by watching greatness unfold at the same time.

After all, you would’ve just witnessed a game that contained an amazing stat:

"HALL OF FAMERSThe Greatest Game Ever Played featured 17 future members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame.Raymond Berry  |  Art Donovan  |  Weeb Ewbank (coach)  |  Gino Marchetti  |  Lenny Moore  |  Jim Parker  |  Johnny UnitasRoosevelt Brown  |  Frank Gifford  |   Sam Huff  |  Tom Landry (asst. coach)  |   Vince Lombardi (asst. coach)  |  Tim Mara (Owner)  | Wellington Mara (Vice President and Secretary)  |  Don Maynard  |  Andy Robustelli  |  Emlen Tunnell– See more at: http://www.profootballhof.com/history/release.aspx?release_id=1805#sthash.y6v3k1nO.dpuf"

Talk about greatness, you have Tom Landry and Vince Lombardi coaching on the same team.

If that’s not you, why are you a Jints fan? Maybe you grew up a Mississippi fan and you support all their QB’s, but Eli Manning happens to be the best and you would’ve followed him anywhere.

It could be that you just recognize greatness, and when you see the New York Football Giants, you see a winning culture. You see a team with historic NFL roots, and since birth you simply know no other football team or city exists beyond the Big Blue horizon. No matter your interest level, GMEN HQ is looking for you.
