2015 NFL Draft: Top 5 Cornerbacks

Last offseason, the Giants made a concerted effort to replenish their secondary with their biggest signing being former pro-bowl cornerback, Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie, to start opposite Prince Amukamara.

With both being the clear-cut starters heading into the season-while being backed up by guys like Trumaine Mcbride, Jayron Hosley and Chykie Brown– the cornerback position doesn’t seem to be a clear need come draft time.

As you know though, this is the NFL and depth is vital. Once looked at as a strength can all of a sudden lead to weakness by injury alone. The Giants know all too well the damage injuries can have to a roster.

With that in mind we must look at every position in this draft class. Here is a list of the top 5 cornerbacks that could make a big difference for big blue in this April’s draft.
