3. Shane Ray, DE, Missouri 

Shane Ray to me is the guy who isn’t the most talented, but gets the job done, which gives me a cause to pause when thinking of taking him as high as he is projected.

He lacks the length many look for in a defensive end, and his size is one of a tweener. Usually, when a team takes a prospect where Ray is projected -a top 10 pick- you either deal with someone who has tremendous raw ability or is ready to start day 1 in the NFL.

Ray in my mind is a big risk based on his physique, which isn’t very impressive in the area in which he’s projected to go.
