Reddit user DJ_Febreeze – aka David Rappoccio of The Draw Play – created a motivational poster featuring illustrations of Eli Manning faces with the tagline “BELIeve In Your Dreams” and it has New York Giants fans fired up.
The poster has moved so many Redditors that it’s now the featured image on the sidebar of the Giants subreddit.
Here are some of the comments praising David’s work of art:
Comment from discussion giantsfan97’s comment from discussion "I made an Eli Manning motivational poster".
Comment from discussion Sexterminator’s comment from discussion "I made an Eli Manning motivational poster".
So, without further ado… I present to you the Eli Manning motivational poster that will inspire you to bELIeve in your dreams…
This isn’t the first drawing David’s done of Eli, he’s also got a great comic strip of Bad Comedian Eli Manning’s funniest NFC East jokes and Eli’s weird superpower.
Something like this might just light a fire under Eli to vault past John Elway on the all-time greatest quarterbacks list. Of course, it’s a little scary when reporters ask Manning about his first impressions on the other Eli, Apple, and he responds with “For the most part, I don’t even know who is at corner, and you don’t know who you’re looking at,” but considering it was the first day of OTAs, we’ll let the future Hall of Famer have a pass.
Eli Apple’s mother, who will be joining the ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown crew this fall, said her son is like “The Black Eli Manning“.
When it comes to the offensive side of the ball, though, Manning knew who was lining up. Eli praised first round draft pick Sterling Shepard, stating, “He’s caught everything.”
Giants.com posted some tweets from Picture Day, noting that Eli was “lookin’ good”.
"Looking good Eli!"
That’s an interesting new drill. Flash photography in your face.
Seeing as Eli is a #Mankind fan, maybe we’ll see an appearance by Mr. Socko to prevent sackos this season.
Manningkind? Eli might need to upgrade his face mask.
