Dick Lynch, the former Giants defensive back and Giants radio analyst, passed away today at the age of 72.
A Notre Dame graduate, Lynch wore No. 22 for the G-Men from 1959-66. He made the Pro Bowl in 1963 when his nine interceptions lead the league. Lynch played for the Redskins for one season in 1958, but returned to the Giants in 1959 to work on the air and remained with the team until his death.
