Week 5 Picks

Seattle Seahawks @ New York Giants -7
I think this has to be the line of the week. The Giants are coming off a bye week and are undefeated and it doesn’t seem as though they are going to be in a close game with the Seahawks who will have a rusty group of offensive players on the field.

Indianapolis Colts -3 @ Houston Texans
If Indy had been healthy in their other games this season, this line would easily be Colts -10. But instead they are 1-2 and this is a gift of a line.

Tennessee Titans – 3 @ Baltimore Ravens
The Titans are undefeated the Ravens are banged up. McGahee seems to get hurt on every play and if Baltimore has to rely on the passing game they are going to be in bad shape.

San Diego Chargers -6.5 @ Miami Dolphins
You never know with the Chargers. They sometimes show up and sometimes don’t. But you have to think they can beat the Dolphins by a TD, even if the Patriots couldn’t.

Kansas City Chiefs @ Carolina Panthers -9.5
The Panthers were able to do quite a number on the Falcons last week at home and with the Chiefs coming in, they should be able to do the same.

Washington Redskins +6 @ Philadelphia Eagles
Not sure how the Redskins are +6 here. They just beat the Cowboys on the road while the Eagles lost to the Bears. If the Eagles are still hurting and missing their star RB on Sunday, Washington will not only cover, but win.

Chicago Bears -3.5 @ Detroit Lions
The Bears have beaten an injured Colts team and injured Eagles team, but they still won. However, they will destroy the Lions.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers +3 @ Denver Broncos
The Bucs have a good offense the same way that the Broncos do. Just one thing…the Bucs can play defense.

New England Patriots -3 @ San Francisco 49ers
This is actually a toss up, but I have to go with the Patriots here.

Buffalo Bills +1 @ Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals let the Jets score 56 points on them. Enough said.

Cincinnati Bengals +17 @ Dallas Cowboys
I’m going to say that Palmer is playing otherwise I would reverse this pick.

Pittsburgh Steelers @ Jacksonville Jaguars -4
The Steelers are once again…not that good. And they will find out in Jacksonville.

Minnesota Vikings @ New Orleans Saints -3
The Saints are the Chargers of the NFC, but the Vikings can’t score unless Peterson touches the ball on every play.

Season Record: 31-31
