Vick Cleared To Play

NFC East blogger Matt Mosley has an update on the Michael Vick shooting incident that took place last month in VA:

"The NFL has completed its investigation of a shooting that took place outside Michael Vick’s birthday party last month and has cleared the Eagles quarterback to play, according to Paul Domowitch of the Philadelphia Daily News. NFL spokesman Greg Aiello sent the newspaper an email saying of Vick, “there is no change in his playing status.”NFL commissioner Roger Goodell reportedly urged Vick to tighten his circle of friends during a recent meeting. Vick is expected to be on the Lehigh (Pa.) University campus today as rookies and selected veterans begin training camp Tuesday. At that time, reporters will be able to question Vick about his birthday bash for the first time since the incident."
